INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)
1 cup of vanilla ice cream
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp of sugar
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325°F
Put ice cream in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30-40 seconds or until fully melted
Cool for 5 minutes
Add egg yolk into melted ice cream and whisk well
Pour mixture into ramekins, and place in a pan
Pour hot water into the pan to come about halfway up the sides of the ramekin
Bake 40-50 minutes, it should be set but still a little jiggly in the center
Remove ramekins from the pan and allow to cool to room temperature
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, and up to 3 days
Remove from the refrigerator and sprinkle sugar evenly on top
Use a butane torch to melt the sugar for a crispy top, or you can broil the creme brûlée if you don’t have one (just make sure not to over cook it)
